BizzKidz provide a safe and stimulating environment allowing children to explore a variety of skills within the Performing Arts
We run Theatre Schools in Hertfordshire that are held on a weekly basis, excluding school holidays
Children aged between 4 and 16 years of age are divided into 3 groups and attend for 2 hours of tutoring each week. During the session each group will alternate between Drama, Dance and Music (combined - musical theatre)

At BizzKidz, we strive to build confidence and develop group support within all age groups. We believe that our structured sessions offer children a wealth of knowledge and skills that can assist them throughout their lives. No experience is necessary just a desire to have fun!
Our Timetable...
Winter Term (Sept-Jan)
Every year the children will have the opportunity to create and perform a spectacular show in front of family, friends and the general public. This offers the children vital experience that cannot be recreated in a classroom and helps to create a real team ethic and a personal sense of achievement.

Summer Term (Feb-July)
Within our structured workshops the children will have the chance to work with professional artists within the industry and also the opportunity to work towards industry approved examinations in each discipline (LAMDA, BTDA) to ensure that their progression is efficiently monitored
Internal awards and certificates are presented and a small scale in-house demonstration for family and friends enables the children to display both their exam pieces and showcase their class work

Our Teachers...
All of our teachers are professionally trained and have extensive experience in both Performing and Teaching. We are also visited regularly by other industry professionals who offer children vital advice and knowledge. Our teachers are dedicated to providing our children with industry leading standards of education and support
David Stoller (Principal and Drama Teacher)
David has over 12 years teaching experience with numerous Theatre Schools and is a current working professional in the Performing Arts. He most recently starred as Dr Dillamond in Wicked at the Victoria Apollo and appeared in Les Miserables at the Queens Theatre. He is currently in The Lion King at the Lyceum Theatre where he is the Walking Cover for Scar and Pumbaa.
Melissa Wildey (Principal and Dance/Singing Teacher)
Melissa has over 14 years teaching experience both within primary education andd private theatre schools. Melissa is professionally trained in Performing Arts and has extensive experience as a Recording Artist. Melissa also runs a Theatrical Agency, K Talent, and so offers a vital insight into the engine room of the business

Our Venue...
We currently have some availability at our Hoddesdon School.
We meet Saturday mornings from 10am - 12pm

Our Fees and Term Dates...
The fees worked out on a weekly basis and are required one month in advance. We charge £10 per week, for 2 hours of Dance, Music and Drama, which equates to £5 an hour
We also offer a sibling discount which is £2 per child making their fees £8 a session each.

Free Trial...
A new Theatre School can be a daunting experience for both children and parents and in such a satuated market, it is vital that you make the right decision about what Theatre School is best for your child. Therefore, we offer a free trial session for your child and you to come along and try us out!
Summer Schools & Workshops...
In addition to our weekly sessions, we also offer Summer Schools and Workshops during Summer Holidays and Half Term breaks. Our Summer Schools run for a whole week, from Monday to Friday, and culminate in a small scale performance on the Friday afternoon. The Half Term Workshops operate in a very similar way but are for 3 days, usually Tuesday to Thursday
